I knew it was just a matter of time and Mr. Pink Heaven would want to leave the snow in our backyard, not to mention the sub zero temperatures. For a couple of weeks, we experienced a 90 degree temperature change, and the view from our house changed from this:
to this:
This is the view from the house's main floor patio, (Mayan Riviera- Tulum, Mexico) . The picture above is from a bedroom balcony. Although, I think our snow is quite pretty, the warm weather was a WELCOME change. We are back home again freezing, but happy.
I hope you all had as beautiful a Valentines Day as I had.
Blessings to you,
Ele
What a HUGE difference! Both so beautiful in their own way. I can appreciate the difference.

What a lovely time you must have had! It's good to have you back, though - I have been looking out for your next post, and wondering what kind of crafting you may have been doing! Thanks so much for your message on my buttons post - I am still musing on the best thing to do with my sweet little collection.
ReplyDeleteWell that sure would have taken the chill from the bones.
ReplyDeleteMmmm... warm sunshine would have been welcome relief for you.
Still there is no place like home - whatever the weather

Oh Elle, both of those views are just stunning. And I yearn for the first as I sit here in the sweltering heat in Sunny North Queensland. Thanks for your congrats on our new little bubba in the making. Life does seem to be continually changing doesn't it. The trick is to enjoy each stage without wishing it away for the next. Love to you and talk soon, Ali ox

ReplyDeleteOh my! Those are both gorgeous views but I think I prefer the Mexico view. We Californians literally think we're freezing to death if it drops below 35°!
