Men+nail guns=?

Mr. Pink Heaven and his posse have been sawing wood, grouting ceramic tile, and using the nail gun. The sun room is progressing.

I have been filling nail holes, and painting the room a cottage white..
men+nail guns=a trillion gazillion nail holes.

I added amber glass knobs to a stained table.

Beadboard on the walls, a fabric basket to hold stray shoes, luscious pear candles, an art glass bowl for keys, and a sky blue mirror were all put in place. The mirror is a vintage find repurposed with spray paint.

This room is not finished yet. I still have more nail holes to fill!

Blessings,
Ele

It is LOOKING very good! Can't wait to see it all done! I am thinking this room has a Scandanvian flare to it? what do you think? Simple clean lines, but beautiful colors!

Hi Ele,
I would love a room like this. I would probably live in it all year and never come out. I know what you mean about a zillion holes. I told hubs that if he were filling them he would use a tenth of the nails he uses.
Can't wait to see it done.
Hugs,
June

Hi Ele,

I love what you are doing to this room. The storage box for the stray shoes, is a great idea.
I think that I will need to do something like that for some, that are left lying about.

enjoy your weekend

Hi Ele, what a beautiful room you have created. It should be in a magazine! Color scheme is just gorgeous, I love that blue. I looked at a few of your posts that I missed, I have the same patio table that rusted like yours. I'm going out to get some paint!
Thanks for sharing!
Bless you, Shirl

I want - no, I NEEEEED to go sit in that room & drink tea with you, Ele! HOW GORGEOUS!!!! You are going to make me love blue yet! I already adore pink, so THAT'S a no-brainer. But you could probably make me love ANY color because you use them so artistically! And I love the 'small' touches which make BIG elegant statements. The knobs, for example, are PERFECTION! Sigh ... I'm relaxed just having LOOKED at that sun room in progress. WHAT nail holes? LOL!
